Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by Aphrodyte IT Solution (“aphrodyte”, “we”, “us”). It applies alongside our Terms of Service and the specific terms of your proposal or statement of work (“Order”). Where an Order sets different terms, the Order governs.

1. Retainer (recurring) services

Monthly retainers continue until cancelled. Either party may cancel with at least 30 days' written notice before the next billing date. You remain responsible for fees through the end of the current notice period, during which we continue to deliver services. Retainer fees already invoiced for the current cycle are non-refundable, as the work and capacity for that cycle are already committed.

2. Project & fixed-fee work

Project engagements are billed per the milestones in your Order. Deposits secure your place in our schedule and cover initial discovery and planning; deposits may be refundable as set out in your Order. No refund is available for work already completed, delivered, or hours already worked. If you cancel a project mid-way, you are billed for work performed up to the cancellation date.

3. Requesting a refund

If you believe a refund is due, contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of the charge, describing the issue. We review each request in good faith and in line with this policy and your Order.

4. How approved refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 days. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

5. Third-party costs

Advertising media spend, software, subscriptions, and other third-party costs paid to or through us are governed by those third parties' own terms and are generally non-refundable once incurred.

6. Chargebacks & disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we will always try to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of services while the dispute is reviewed.
